We may collect names, email addresses, brand details, project goals, uploaded files, payment metadata, referral codes, and connection status information when a customer uses DigiOffice, AI K9, or related hosted product lanes.

What we do with it

We use that information to route the purchase correctly, generate and deliver the requested site or service, send fulfillment updates, track subscription status, and operate affiliate or service-credit records.

Connected services

If a customer connects Google Drive, Gmail, or other approved third-party tools, Codee uses those signals only to support the purchased lane. Access is limited to the configured service path and may be disconnected later by the customer.

Uploads and client assets

Uploaded files, screenshots, notes, and project assets may be stored in the DigiOffice delivery system, hosted client storage, or approved cloud providers so the requested product or intelligence lane can operate.

Referral and affiliate tracking

DigiOffice may store referral codes, referral links, purchase attribution metadata, pending payout balances, and service-credit records so affiliate and referral payouts can be tracked accurately.
