Billing Terms

Refunds, cancellation, and recurring upgrades

One-time product purchases

Once work has started, hosted assets have been generated, or delivery prep has begun, one-time purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where DigiOffice fails to provide the purchased lane.

Custom and higher-ticket builds

For higher-ticket builds, the initial payment locks scope, scheduling, and delivery prep. Additional revisions or scope expansion may require a separate approval and charge.

Recurring subscriptions

Hosting, D.I. monthly, and operator support subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Pricing, included support, and renewal timing should be shown before checkout and in the post-purchase follow-up.

Cancellation

Customers should have a clear path to cancel a recurring service before the next billing cycle. Access to the monthly service lane may remain active through the paid period already covered.

BNPL and installment options

Installment or buy-now-pay-later options, where available through Stripe, are governed by the payment provider’s approval rules, geography, and customer eligibility.

Questions and disputes

Billing questions should be raised as quickly as possible so fulfillment records, delivery notes, and payment events can be reviewed before the issue becomes harder to resolve.
